PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy provides general information about the processing of personal data when visiting the Controller's website. The Controller collects only the personal data necessary to exercise its rights and obligations.

The Controller of personal data is DPTU KOZUVCANKA Ltd Kavadarci, located at ul. Shishka no. 37 Kavadarci, with Tax No. MK4011995103008. The Controller is a company established in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Trade Companies and registered in the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection, the bylaws of the Personal Data Protection Agency, and the technical and organizational measures acts for the processing of personal data of the Controller.
2. Users and Categories of Personal Data Users
The Controller collects data related to the following categories of persons:
* Visitors to the Controller’s website www.kozuvcanka.com.mk

3. Categories of Processed Data
3.1. Navigation Data
When visiting the Controller's website, logs are created for each visitor with the following data:

* Pages visited and time spent on each page;
* Referrer URL and in some cases, search terms used;
* Browser language;
* Country (determined via IP address).
Server logs are automatically deleted within 15 days, unless circumstances require longer retention (e.g., for investigating malware or malicious attacks). The Controller maintains its own servers. All website-related activities are conducted internally or externally (depending on the case), including log creation and data analysis.
3.2. Data Voluntarily Provided by Users
Personal data collected from visiting the Controller’s website includes voluntarily submitted information for specific purposes, enabling the Controller to fulfill its rights and obligations. COOKIE POLICY
1. What are cookies?
